Re-publishing of seminal papers with: new contributions, reflections on impact and re-assessment of work; also interdisciplinary to introduce topics of relevance into the TC6 community

Initial contents by invited submitted tutorials and surveys from known persons (to launch with some contents)

create a template for conference organizers with guidelines, tips and checklists for cost estimates, publication in the digital library, conference management, reporting to TC6, conference statistics and for citations (WoS, Scopus).
